  • Click in the ‘Dashboard’ link.
  • Click the ‘Help’ button.
  • Click ‘Submit a Ticket’.

Your Organization Has a Site & You Are Not an Admin

 
Having trouble logging in?
  • Make sure you are on your organization’s membership toolkit site.
  • Log in – most sites have a ‘login’ in the upper right corner or on the bottom of the page. Many times, you can click the ‘My Account’ button to log in.
  • If you have an account on any Membership Toolkit site, choose the ‘Returning User’ login. Forgot your password?  No worries click the link and you’ll get an email to reset your password.
Don’t know your organization’s website URL?
  • At Membership Toolkit our customer’s privacy is always a top priority. For this reason, we cannot give out links to organization’s sites.  Instead, we ask that you contact your organization to ask them.  If you are a member of a parent club and don’t know who to ask, just call/email your school’s front office, they’ll be able to point you in the right direction!
Looking to buy something or sign up to volunteer to something your organization was advertising?
  • Make sure you are on your organization’s membership toolkit site.
  • Log in – most sites have a “login” in the upper right corner or on the bottom of the page. Many times, you can click the ‘My Account’ button to log in.
  • Many times you can click on a ‘My Account’, ‘My Forms’, or a ‘Store’ button to get to your Account Page that will list all of the active sales and volunteer forms.
